Annie Wersching, born March 28, 1977 is an American actress , best recognized for her part in 24 and the voice work that she provided for Tess in Naughty Dog’s video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in the city. She went to high school at Crossroads College Preparatory School in the Central West End of St. Louis which she graduated from in 1995. She won critical acclaim for her part in Louis Malle's film Pretty Baby (1978). Two recent graduates of Catholic University in Washington DC went to the audition in New York for Joe (1970). Chris Sarandon was not selected even though he previously studied acting. Susan, his wife Susan was chosen for a leading role as Susan Compton, the child of Bill Compton (Dennis Patrick). Dad Bill kills Susan’s drug dealer boyfriend. Then, Joe (Peter Boyle) as a bigot, who works on an assembly line and has a collection of guns, is a friend to Susan. Five years later, Sarandon plays the role in the movie.
